New in 2025, the Inclusive Leadership for Allies pilot track offers a curated experience for a limited number of associates and general counsel who are committed to building more inclusive teams and advancing equity in the legal profession.

While associates will engage in tailored leadership and allyship development sessions based on their needs, all participants—regardless of track—will share in the same high-value experiences, including:

• Networking with more than 70 general counsel
• Career coaching lunches
• Recreational outings
• Speed coaching sessions
• The keynote dinner

This expanded model maintains the core of what makes LaddHer Up a transformative experience for associates while offering forward-thinking firms a meaningful way to engage associates in their leadership journey.
