All registrations are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Registrations are valid only for the LaddHer Up event and year for which they were purchased and cannot be transferred, credited, or applied toward any future LaddHer Up event or any other Ms. JD event or program. A registration may be transferred to another qualified person for the same LaddHer Up event and year if the transfer is requested at least three weeks prior to the event start date. If Ms. JD determines that the event must take place virtually because of an act of God, pandemic, public health emergency, government order, natural disaster, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control, the event will proceed in a virtual format, and registrations will not be refunded or transferred to a future LaddHer Up event. Ms. JD reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, speakers, or venue and is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by registrants. By completing registration, registrants agree to this policy.
