Grace Aduroja Kolker is a facilitator, executive coach, and lawyer, who focuses on empowering leaders to create fulfilling personal and professional lives. With more than a decade of leadership development experience, Grace has coached leaders from Google, LVMH, Privia Health, Roku, and a range of startups, to remove barriers and achieve long-sought results. In addition to creating and facilitating retreat experiences — through Strong Skills, a Washington DC leadership training firm, and her own company, State of Grace LLC — Grace is the Manager of Women’s Initiatives at Williams & Connolly. In this role she implements strategies to train and retain female talent across the firm.

Grace’s career has spanned multiple industries. She spent several years after undergrad working as a reporter at the Chicago Tribune. After graduating from The University of Michigan Law School, she worked as an associate at Williams & Connolly. And for her next act, she combined her journalistic prowess and legal experience — à la Olivia Pope from Scandal — as Chief Strategy Officer for a boutique crisis communications and marketing firm in Washington DC. Grace now lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with the love of her life, Andy, and their two amazing little ones.
