Sara is a Legal and Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience.  She is currently the EVP, Chief Legal & HR Officer and Secretary of Ranpak Holdings Corp.  She joined Ranpak in August 2021.

Prior to joining Ranpak, Sara was at Whirlpool Corporation for 11 years, most recently as the General Counsel for Whirlpool Corporation’s North America region and global KitchenAid Small Appliances business. Prior to this role, Sara held various other leadership positions at Whirlpool, including Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions.

Sara joined Whirlpool Corporation in 2010 from Sidley Austin LLP where she worked for five years as an associate in the Corporate practice handling public and private M&A, corporate financing, securities, bankruptcy restructuring, and corporate governance matters.

Sara earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from the Butler University Lacy School of Business and her law degree from Boston College.
