Damier Xandrine is Chief Legal Officer of Tala, a global financial services company. She has more than 20 years’ experience advising both private and public companies focused on technology and financial services. Damier has held senior-level roles with Wells Fargo Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, Marqeta, Inc. and KOHO Financial; advising management teams, VC backed companies and boards on innovative technology, regulatory compliance and risk management. Damier holds both a JD and MBA. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley and UC Hastings College of the Law and lives in Northern California.
