Vicki Donati is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & SVP Administrative Services for Crate & Barrel Holdings, Inc. and its various subsidiaries, which operate the Crate & Barrel, Crate & Kids, CB2 and Hudson Grace brands directly in the United States and Canada and through licensees internationally.  She and her team are responsible for setting and executing the company’s global legal, privacy, asset protection, compliance and audit strategies, for influentially overseeing its cyber and data security strategies, and for co-leading its risk management functions. 

Before joining the company, Ms. Donati was a partner with Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in Chicago.  She received her law degree magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Ashland University (an Ohio girl at heart!).  Ms. Donati is active in several charitable organizations, as a mentor and advisor to various legal organizations, and in the Evanston, Illinois community in which she lives in an empty nest with her husband.
