Ed Frauenheim is a writer and speaker focused on workplace and masculinity matters. He’s co-written four books, including A Great Place to Work For All and Reinventing Masculinity: The Liberating Power of Compassion and Connection. He has focused on helping organizations create more inclusive, effective workplace cultures in industries including corporate law, healthcare and outdoor recreation.

Earlier this year, Ed co-authored an article on reinventing masculinity in the law in the NALP Bulletin. He also has spoken at events sponsored by both NALP and the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession (IILP). In partnership with IILP, Ed co-led a program to help male attorneys become happier, healthier and better, more inclusive leaders.

Ed lives in San Francisco. He is the father of two adult children and husband to artist and educator Rowena Richie.
