Jennifer Salinas is an accomplished executive and legal leader, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Cerence AI, a market leader in conversational AI for the automotive and mobility ecosystem. With a distinguished career spanning roles as General Counsel for publicly traded and global companies, Jennifer has guided organizations through complex transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-wide strategy initiatives. She is recognized for her expertise in corporate governance, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and talent management, and has built and led diverse, high-performance teams across the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Jennifer’s prior experience includes senior leadership at Lenovo, where she served as General Counsel for the Infrastructure Solutions Group and the Head of Global Litigation for the entire company. She has also held partner roles at top AmLaw 100 law firms, leading major patent litigation and board advisement for clients in technology, life sciences, and other sectors.

A dedicated mentor and advocate for diversity, Jennifer has served on multiple boards, including the Mosaic Changemakers, Bottom Line, The Batholith Group, and the Hispanic National Bar Association, where she was President from 2018-2019. Her achievements have been recognized with numerous awards, including “America’s Most Powerful Latinas” by ALPFA and Fortune, Latina Attorney of the Year, and multiple honors for pro bono and community service.

Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School (cum laude, Order of the Coif), and a BA in Political Science from San Diego State University. She is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia.
