Elke Suber is Legal executive with 20+ years of experience at Fortune 20 companies and high-growth, venture-backed SaaS businesses. Elke is Chief Legal Officer & Secretary of Community.com, Inc., a leading AI-enabled SMS customer engagement platform. She joined Community.com Inc. in August 2023.

Prior to joining Community.com, Elke was at Meta Platforms, Inc. At Meta, Elke led the global legal team for Meta’s Monetization business (Advertising, Business Messaging and Commerce) during a period of significant transformation, including compliance with a US FTC Consent Order, addressing high-stakes European matters, including landmark EU behavioral advertising legal bases and trans-Atlantic data transfer cases, and transitioning the advertising model to a privacy-resilient, AI-driven advertising and discovery platform.

Elke joined Meta from Microsoft Corporation, where she worked for 15 years and rose from an Attorney to become an Associate General Counsel for several of Microsoft’s multi-billion dollar divisions, leading the legal teams for the Microsoft Store, Consumer Sales and Global Partner Solutions.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University and her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
